Better known as the "new breed" of Texas dj's, Exceed is not only known for his skills behind the decks and for his
impeccable track selection, but also for the intense crowd connection he builds on every dance floor.
That is what truly makes him stand out from the rest. Since 2003 this Texas born dj has been holding down multiple
residences from the age of 17. Since then he has taken the Electronic dance music scene by storm performing at clubs
and raves all over the state he has become a Texas favorite and has already been making a himself a staple in the salt
lake city and little rock dance scene.
In 2006 he teamed up with Area 512 Entertainment and collaborated on many successful local and headliner events.
Exceed's style combines different elements of funky, electro, bass heavy, vibes. When asked how does it feel
to control the crowd he replied, "You got it backwards, the crowd is what controls me." This young prodigy has now
shared stages with the likes of SKYLAB2000, Frankie Bones, Richard Vission, DJ Bam Bam, Ak1200, Dara, Deiselboy,
DJ Craze, Charles Feelgood, Scott Henry, Superstar DJ Keoki, Scott Stubbs, Aphrodite, Kazell, Bryan Cox, DJ DMX,
Jeremy Word & Adan just to name a few.
This hardworking individual shows no signs of slowing down.

Since early 2006, Hard Dance Music has been resurfacing here in the Southern California area. Although, this genre of music was big in the early to late 90's, It is fresh to the new party go-ers of today. The hard sound of the underground has been making a new name for itself with these 2 Hard Style dj's who are no strangers to the Hard banging sounds of Holland and the UK. Dj Manik and Dj Discord have stepped up taking the local scene to another level with earthshaking, brain rattling bass lines, high pitched Hardcore Synths, Melodies and creative Turntablism, giving them a unique sound like no other act in Socal. Whether it be a tag team or a 2x4 set up these guys bring it as hard as it gets. With both of them in the studio you can assure that you'll also be hearing original music made by them in each and every set they play along with creative mixing and sampling, making every time you see them different than the next.
BIO: Manik
Arguably one of SoCal's fastest rising stars. Manik has been blowing up the California scene for the last 4 years now. He comes correct, briging the crowd only the best and freshest in Hard Trance, UK Hard House, and Hard Style. What seperates him from the rest is his ability to scratch and utilize turntablism into his sets. He really is a DJ you cannot take your eyes off of for a second, otherwise you might miss something. Manik has performed all up and down the west coast with various big names such as Mars, Mystre, Ron D. Core, John Bishop,Jimmy X,ELEKID, Lady Bass and The Simulant DJs to name a few. Manik has also been working in the studio and has been recently signed been to Total Wipes Productions (Italy) and will be coming out with a number of releases which cover the genres he supports. Among the releases is a project special to him which will be a Hardstyle battle record. Keep a close eye on this one because he'll soon be taking over the world. SPECIAL SET BY YAWS TO CELEBRATE HIS BIRTHDAY!
YawS career as a dj started in 1998, when he was stationed at military base approximatly fourty five minutes north of Los Angeles. The place was called the Antelope Valley, the town was called Lancaster to be exact. It all began when YawS discovered his first West Coast rave. YawS was quickly addicted to the rave movement and the culture that surrounded it. After his long awaited departure from the military, he found a house in the near by area and continued to pursue his interests as a trance dj. Shortly after settling in, YawS met a junglist named Maestro and that would be the introduction to the world of Junglism. Maestro introduced YawS to a local crew of junglists called the Jungle Junkies. Shortly after meeting the two founders of the Jungle Junkies (Kid B and Delerious) they befriended YawS and started to invite him to some private sessions. As YawS was learning the jungle stylee the Jungle Junkies continued to throw underground events and YawS was usually one of the opening acts. YawS loved to play jungle but was not a junglist, so his interests began to wander and that is how he fell in love with funky newskool breaks. While YawS continued to play with the Jungle Junkies he started his own crew called LifeLine Recordings. YawS began to focus mostly on breaks and soon after met his new partner in crime. After a bit of training the new partner began to mix like YawS so they started to work on performing as a 2x4. (two djs and four turntables) The two djs were a good match but, do to different interests they parted ways. Soon after, YawS decided to move his family back to his hometown....Austin,TX.
Over the last three years YawS has been working hard to become one of the fastest rising djs in the Central Texas area. With his signature mixture of Breakbeat, Electro, and Drum and Bass sounds he sets tha decks on fire, using his precise mixing and scratching abilities. This ten year veteran has made many friends along the way and has graced the stage with artists such as Aphrodite, Baby Anne, DJ ICEY, Cereal Killas Kelly Reverb, and Simply Jeff. Currently YawS is holding down a weekly called 3RD BASS THURSDAYS @ Black and Tan in Austin,TX...While djing on a weekly basis YawS attends and DJs Massive Underground events on the weekend in the Central Texas area. YawS continually supports the scene around him and everyone involved, by always treating people with PLUR and mainly RESPEKT. While striving for his best as a dj he has finally entered into the producer arena. With a few tracks in tha works it should be no time before you can get your hands on some of his fresh sounds. This Mexico City native took to the sounds of the underground from a
young age. Now a resident of Salt Lake City, this sexy Mexi is quickly
becoming one of SLC's best local talents. His super clean sounds of
Funky/Progressive fused with Electro will always insure you get your
groove on. He has been influenced by the works of Deep Dish, King
Roc, Stanton Warriors, Plump Dj's, Meat Katie, and James Zabiela,
which you can clearly hear when he gets on the decks.
