What do you mean by "blow these things so much that im afraid something bad will happen"? Are you implying that you are abusing them? If your abusing the, I can tell you one thing for sure. Benzo abuse is just as bad as getting on heroin or any other hardcore drug. You get dependent on them and they start causing real negative effects in your life(im not implying you already didnt know this just throwing it out there).

If your taking them as prescribed then good for you. From what I have heard about panic disorders, benzos can be a very helpful TEMPORARY solution. Dont use it as a crutch for the rest of your life. Use them to help stablize your mood, and then get off of them ASAP. With some therapy and other stress relief methods (excercize, diet, WEED!!! ;) ) you should be able to overcome whatever in causing you to over-stress in your life.

I have never been prescribed anything for anxiety but I am all to familar with the path of addiction ecspecially with benzos(xanax, ativan, valium, klonopin). I have overdosed many times by taking to many xanax(7mg) and mixing it with alcohol. I think ive been to ER twice because I was found unconcious and barely breathing. Be careful. Take them as prescribed. Get off them ASAP.

i take the green ones (i think twos maybe?) and they help a ton. i have been prescribed to them for a year and a half now and did not know how addicted i was until about a month ago when i ran out from popping way to many. its my fault for not researching but im also mad with my doctor cause he should have stopped giving them to me a long time ago according to what i have been reading

Umm the only experiance i have with them is a VERY BAD ONE... in dallas one night thought it would be cool to take a couple with a chick and drink alot of jose cuervo.... bad mistake!!!!! well i had a party at my house... and everyone was drunk... well me and this girl go pass out and ya know shit happens... the next morning we take her home and shit.... then bout 7pm the cops show up at my door trying to say i stole her car and shit.... yeah way bad event... but luckly my friends were there that were at the party the night before and we got it all straightened out!!!! but yeah NEVER AGAIN will i take one... or half or any of one of those lil pills.... weither or not perscribed!

the thing is i told my doc i had a problem with alcohol, not saying that gives me an excuse to drink and do klonopin. On my end it makes it harder then the average person to not mix the two substances, i don't see why risk it.

It'll be your doc's fault if you go through them like candy and need your Rx refilled well before you should need it. If your doc doesn't give a shit and issues another Rx, then it's partially your docs fault, but addiction is ultimately always the person doing the drug's fault.
