so im on this new medication to control the side effects i get from geodon
and ive just started working out, running between 2-5 miles a day to get my weight in check, but the cogentin makes it so i dont sweat very much so i overheat and my heart rate sky rockets when i push my self too hard, does anyone have suggestions on work outs that dont cause too much strain on the heart, would be usefull

Walking can be very good for you. I used to walk around liberty park a few times a day. It was relaxing and kept me in fairly good shape. I am trying to get in a routine like that again. Plus my Dr. recommends it because a hard workout like running drops my blood sugar low really fast and I could pass out. Hope this helps.

don't be sorry. that would actually be pretty funny. The following headache however, would not be pleasant.
I should have someone follow me around with a camera! Is funniest home videos still around?
