Does anyone want to make personal health goals and put a monetary wager on said goals to help motivate ones self.
Mine for example is 10% bodyfat or less by my 27th Birthday which is June 2nd. I don't care how much I weigh, as long as I am 10% or less, my guess is it'll be around 180 LBS if I keep gaining muscle like I am.
So someone else puts their goal and we challenge each other, like $100 or takes the other out to dinner or something.
Let me know if anyone is interested this as I think it can be helpfull and motivating.
to gain atleast 1lb by then ;-)

My workout goals: To go to the gym 3 times a week like I do now without fail! Umm . . . To freaking lost weight so I have more defined muscles by eating better and running every time I workout for 30 minutes at least.

to reach my goal of under 10% bodyfat I am lifting 3 times a week and following a specific routine and program, and doing cardio 3 times a week. Today I did 30 min. on the bicycle and then 20 min. of interval training on the treadmill. 50 min. of cardio kicked my ass. but I am gonna start making all my cardio days 45 min.-1 hour now. Untill I get under 190 LBS.
On a good note yesterday I benched more than I ever have in my entire life EVER. I want to get to 2 plates on each side which is 225 LBS, I think anymore than that and I'll be bigger than I want to be.
If all goes right, by my birthday I will be at my ideal shape, and then just have to maintain. I CAN DO IT!
Rodan, if you want to build more muscle I can get you on a program that will build you a lot of muscle. When I first did it last year I doubled some of my lifts in just 2 months!

I am getting my pass to 24 hour fitness today. :)
I am going to be on a strict diet(not nazi like strict)/workout plan for the month of April(to start).
I plan on hitting the gym 5 days a week. 3 days lifting and 2 days doing cardio.
Breakfast will include hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, shredded wheat, soy milk, fruits.
Im still not sure what ill be doing for lunch and dinner, but definitely some salads with fat free dressing, chicken, rice, etc...
Im not trying to lose weight, im aiming to tone and build muscle, while loosing fat. This is one among many life changes that im making to turn my life around.

Well I got my pass to golds gym today.
I did a few upper body workouts but mostly alot of cardio.
Ive made a goal with myself to workout at least three times a week and eat healthier. Today my lunch for work was baby carrots, a few slices of beef jerky, rice cake, apple and a raspberry ice tea.

Paperweight, give me your e-mail, I will send you an e-book I paid $40 for that works great, I am now the strongest I have ever been in my life and cutting the fat(which is the main thing I need to do now) also to track your calories and excersise and percentage of fat, carbs and protein use www.fitday.com its free.
I improved my incline bench from last week to this week by 10 LBS, in one week, I was happy with that, and on my biceps I cable curled the entire rack, 140 LBS, that made me way stoked! 27th birthday and I am taking one of those lame ass shirtless myspace pics in my lil swimsuit, I'll post my before and after pics on here. I gotta hurry and cut the freakin Fat though, that is harder for me than gaining muscle, probably because I enjoy lifting but hate cardio, I enjoy sweets and high calorie food. I CAN DO IT, 2 more weeks and I am checking my fat % to see where I am at.

pm sent.
What is your diet like?
You definitely need to diet if your not already. I would recommend a VERY strict diet and lots of cardio your last week of being 26. You would definitely loose some of that extra body fat.
