So I haven't read cards in years...decided to try it out again tonight. I got a good layout but I am not very gifted in the interpretation. I can get the general idea, but not an in depth understanding...

Anyone able to help me out? :D

I need info. What deck do you have? What cards did you pull? What were your intentions before you pulled? I usually do very good interpretations of mine or someone close to me's cards, but haven't done many for other people but I'd sure give it a try. I need to know what order you drew them in too.

I got a reading last night and pulled the same 4 cards twice in a row after shuffeling them 4 times... it was intense.

Get a job as a salesman, that will make you much better at tarot.

I used to read a lot, but I always had a book to go by because it's really tough to just sightread that many cards and have any idea what is going on. I used to be pretty good at making a sort of mini-universe of context out of the reading. Have you been using a book? I have a particular one I would recommend if not. I feel like they're also not going to tell you anything you don't already know, because all they really do is ask you "is this archetypal concept in your life right now?" and you either see it if it's there, or you don't.

I used to be into tarot, I still have my deck and book. I was never really good at it though. I don't think i'm very in "tune" with stuff like that, even though I want to be.

You know, the one time I really needed to convince myself of something everyone else around me already wished I would admit... tarot made me realize it. But it was because I was being lied to by my ex, and he gave the impression everything was fine- I was being naive and knew very well he was cheating.

Which kind of layout did you use? And what cards in what directions were laid out?

Thanks all :)

I got a couple interpretations of my reading. But I want to read more often so I may ask for more advice later :)
