I'm a wimp. hahaha. a big one too. i like mild to medium salsa...but when my mouth is hot, i'm NOT a happy camper.

Anything with chipotle in it. There is this one that is a garlic chipotle sauce that is really good. I can't remember the name though. It has to be "Hot" or above in spicyness for me though. Otherwise it doesn't taste spicy to me at all.

^^^^^^ yes, i love chiplotle. At cost-co they have this raspberry chipotle, its so fucking good. You can add it to any salsa, or just eat it plain. I love it!

I don't care for habanero hot sauces though. They are the hottest you can get, but a lot of them take out a lot of the flavor just so you can get the hottness. Which is too bad because habaneros have a great flavor if you can get past the spicy.

My uncle made a birthday cake once that had habanero jelly in it. OMG that cake was awesome. Tons of flavor, and spicy as hell. I had never even imagined a spicy cake before let alone one that tasted so damn good.
