... do you tear a muscle just by sleeping?
i don't even know if it was from sleeping... but somehow I tore a muscle.... OWWWW.
This fucking kills.
Anyway, besides the obvious ibuprofen and what not... anyone got any advice to help this heal a little quicker, and a lot less painless?

I feel your pain more then you could ever imagine..... I know it sounds strange but bananas. I swear on everything holy they really help. When we would do our bike races that would always help with the pain

It's the potassium, it's supposed to help with torn/sore muscles...it's recommended for people body building, to help with the pain the next day of tearing numerous muscles (on purpose) in your body...as for how you can tear a muscle while sleeping, random/odd twitches or contractions could do it, I'm sure...

He's on the right track...
It is very normal for LOTS of people to experience what is called a Myoclonic Jerk in their sleep...
this is when your nervous system is fooled into thinking it has lost communication between your brain to your body, and will cause a quick surge, which causes all of your muscles to jerk really hard. It sounds complex, but it's very common. Sometimes, the jerk is hard enough and the person in the right position that a mucle gets damaged...
Kind of like a non response to a constant ping/pong from a computer
when it doesnt get a return it assumes the worst and goes into default FORCE MUSSELS TO CHECK IN
and anything your subbrain/unconcious controls i wouldnt trust with anything.
besides...breathing and holding your bladder. you subconsious is pretty, sub brained dumb.

4. Avocados, due to their mono and polyunsaturated fat content, are a healthy substitution for foods rich in saturated fat. This is the one I was always hung up on...I still eat them, but I was always under the assumption that like olives, they had bad fat in them...I don't really keep track of what is good and bad fat, I eat it all and hope my heart keeps going :)
you have no idea...She doesn't, you don't, nobody does...except my wife...but she likes my craziness/insanity/wrongness :D
